WHAT IT DOES

One system for conversations around your band and releases

01

Collaborate on mixes

Upload MP3 or WAV versions, comment at exact points in the waveform, reply, vote and keep the discussion attached as mixes evolve.

02

Seamless Stem & Version Control

Keep a crystal-clear history of every track. Assign specific stems (Vocals, Guitars, Drums) to individual members so everyone knows exactly who is working on what.

03

Plan an Album / EP

Drag songs into a running order, split vinyl into Side A and B, watch running times and audition transitions before you commit.

04

Build a Gig / Set-List

Arrange a concert set, discuss the order, audition transitions, save agreed versions and export a clean set-list PDF.

WORKFLOW

One workspace from demo to decision

Founder
FOUNDER'S STORY

Built by a musician, because I've lived the chaos.

Hi, I’m Greg 'MadDog' McEwan. For over 40 years, I’ve been living in the trenches of the heavy music scene—from pioneering South African metal with Voice of Destruction to pushing sonic boundaries today with Crowmaster. I’ve tracked, mixed, toured, and seen firsthand exactly where great records go to die. It’s never a lack of talent; it’s the friction. Songs get buried under messy WhatsApp threads, mixes get lost in translation, and bands split over miscommunicated track sequences.

I didn't build Bandroom to be another sanitized, corporate project management app. I built it because generic software doesn't understand how real bands create. It is a private, focused digital sanctuary designed by a musician, for musicians, built to take your track from a raw, basement demo to a crushing final master without the administrative chaos.
